As mentioned earlier, we have 360 Degrees Evaluation (Psych-Evolve) which will be done by the Trainers, Therapists, Colleagues, and Student Associates in various aspects such as commitment, work culture, adaptability, leadership, motivation, punctuality, etc. Once the student is able to get a score of 85% and above, they will immediately get an opportunity to work with Mind Solace and its affiliates.

How this internship is different from other internships ?

This is a one-of-its-kind internship program that Â provides field training, work opportunity, hands-on training, clinical supervision, overall development and assistance in creating your own Â niche besides professional skills training. Furthermore, the budding psychologists who intern with us are also empowered through personal supervision and they are provided with an opportunity for Psychological networking with other colleagues in the industry. The best of interns also get an opportunity to work with real clients. Lastly, they develop assistance in developing personal branding (global visibility/online presence). All this is possible only at the Psychology Internship that is conducted by Mind Solace.

Is there value for money?

Explaining through simple calculation: Rs. 11000 for 80 hours (8 hours for 10 days) = 137.5 rs per hour, which is comparatively one of the most cost-effective programs available. In addition to that, we provide recording and reviewing of mock sessions, teaching through role play, practical experience and free of cost 200 hours of client interaction to a selected few under supervision.
