The students, interns and third party service providers represent that they accept the Terms and Condition (Terms) of this Privacy Policy along with any amendments and modifications that may be made from time to time.

The students, interns must give his/her consent to the collection, use and disclosure of personal information if the requirement to do so. In case the client does not wish to provide any personal information, he/she is not entitled to use this platform or to avail the services provided by it.

The use of personal information shall be subject to the following conditions:-

Mind Solace may appoint third party vendors and service providers who will have access to the students/interns personal information.

Mind Solace, its employees and consultant’s employees shall not have access to the personal information recorded by the third party.

Mind Solace may use the personal information

(2) to prevent fraud and

(3) to hinder any imminent harm to the safety of Mind Solace’s property.

SECURITY

Mind Solace will use reasonable security measures to protect personal information from any unauthorized access and ensure appropriate use of personal information.

The students, interns and third party service providers are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their user id and password while accessing the platform. Neither Mind Solace nor its directors or other representatives shall be liable to the students/interns/third party service providers under any circumstances for any dire, indirect, punitive, special or consequential damages.

THIRD PARTY/CONSULTANT WEBSITE

Mind Solace shall not be responsible for the accuracy of the information available on the website of consultant and/or the third party service provider. Mind Solace’s Privacy Policy does not govern any information provided by them on their website. Mind Solace will not be held liable for any breach of confidentiality by the consultants or third party service providers as mentioned above, or the breach of this Privacy Policy in any manner.
